Anderson Power SAF-D-GRID Power Cords - SDG 400 AC/DC

Saf-D-Grid pwoer cords are rated for both AC and DC use and are primarly used in Data Centers to power Cisco, Arista, and other switching devices. 


  • Meets International safety requirements for hazardous, low voltage applications including UL 950 and IEC 60950
  • Allows for greater density of power by letting up to 600V DC and 40A or AC in the same space of IEC 320 C13/14 systems that have limits of 10A to 250 VAC
  • Saf-D-Grid® 400V targets DC applications but is also rated for AC current with a single keying configuration
  • Saf-D-Grid® 300V targets AC applications and is rated for DC with multiple mechanical keys

IEC320 C14 to Anderson Saf-D-Grid 400V Power Cables

These power cords are generally used to power switches, power supply units and routers in a data cabinet. These high power connectors have recently become increasingly popular because of their rigid connector body and superior material composition allowing for much higher power output in the same profile. The C14 plug can access power from a standard rack-mount PDU located in a typical data rack cabinet.
